A Gypsy Artistry crafting event is perfect for Girl Scout and Boy Scout badges, and children's birthday parties. Choose your craft project from our Pinterest page, and we will provide all the supplies and materials necessary for a complete project. A Gypsy Artist will provide instruction and assistance to your guests.
Children's Events booking policy:
An adult must be present at all times during the craft project instruction.
A flat surface (table) and a chair for each child should be provided and set up prior to the event.
Children's event liability and release form to be signed and completed prior to the event.
Booking should be made online a minimum of 4 weeks in advance of the party.
Deposit of $50 is due at the time of the reservation and guarantees your dated/time.
Children should be 5 years old or older.
A minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 25 children per event. A final count will be required 5 days before the scheduled event date, and fees will be based on the final number. No refunds for no shows.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations of an event made with less than five (5) days notice.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations of the event made with at least six (6) days notice.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, Gypsy Artistry reserves the right to cancel a party for unforeseen circumstances. Registrant will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled party when ever possible and a full refund will be issued.
